My Positive Health is based within Warner's Health Club on Pickering Rd. Wellbeing Warrior Women's Circles are a safe and supportive space for women of all ages to gather, and actively promote their, and other women's wellbeing.
What to expect: Guided meditation, discussion, journaling, oracle cards readings, sound bath, and creative offerings.
The circles will run on a monthly basis and will be themed according to seasonal events and topics aligned to self care and wellbeing.
Refreshments, and small token gifts are a lovely bonus to a beautiful session.
No previous experience required to attend, but a caring sharing approach is a must.
