About this Event

Wellbeing Walk – Free Guided Walk with Move & Mingle

Come and join a short, friendly wellbeing walk with Move & Mingle. These free guided sessions are a great way to enjoy some fresh air, gentle activity and good company.

The wellbeing walk is no longer than 2 miles with shorter options to suit all abilities.

Our Social Prescriber, Kasia, will be there to welcome you and join the walk.

Come along, take a breather, and enjoy a gentle walk at your own pace. Everyone is welcome!

Meeting Point:
Rushcliffe Country Park. Meet on the open grassy area at the lakeside near the visitor centre.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
