Day of Wellbeing
As part of our day of wellbeing, come and join us for a relaxing yoga session in our Community Hub in the Grand Arcade (old TK Maxx). Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for everyone looking to unwind and destress. Our experienced instructors will guide you through various poses and breathing techniques to help you find your inner zen. See you there!
If this is your first WEA workshop with us, then please come in 15 minutes early to fill in the enrollment forms. Please be aware that this is a 16+ event, if you need any extra support then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
