Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for the over 55s in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.
Wellbeing Over 55s Beginners Pilates with Adrian. 7-week course £21 (£3 pw)
Everyone loves Adrian, but we don't tell him as it is too much for his ego! Adrian has been running our community Pilates classes for us for a good while now, we have many people who return for each course as they absolutely love it. Adrian will adapt to any ability, he is very skilled and knowledgeable, whilst being very friendly and approachable; it really is great fun
