Join my free Wellbeing Netwalk for the local small business community ?

How often do you prioritise your wellbeing amidst developing your business? I'm Miriam, a certified Wellbeing & Personal Development Coach and I'm hosting a free Wellbeing Netwalk in the beautiful Ashton Court Estate just outside Bristol - I would love for you to join me. ✨

Whether you're already running your own venture or thinking about taking the leap, this is a space for us to come together. There is no agenda other than connection - meeting fellow freelancers and small business owners, sharing time in nature, and enjoying the proven mental and physical health benefits of walking outdoors. ?

?️When: Monday 18th May, 10:15- 12:00

? Where: Ashton Court Estate, Bristol. We will meet outside the Courtyard Café by the Mansion House.

We'll begin at 10:15 with a gentle grounding practice to help us reconnect with our bodies and senses. From there, we'll wander through the estate's stunning grounds and circle back to the cafe to finish. ?

Facilities - Toilets are available outside the café ?

Getting there - In the spirit of wellbeing and sustainability, there are several ways to join us:

? ? Cycling or walking: Ashton Court is well-connected to local cycle paths and footpaths.

? Public transport: There are regular bus services from Bristol city centre that stop near the estate entrances.

? Driving: On-site parking is available if you are travelling from further afield.
