Wellbeing in Retirement - online wellbeing workshop

This workshop will explore how retirement can impact your identity and wellbeing. We will look at the five ways to wellbeing as well as sharing tips and tools for how to manage your wellbeing following retirement.

Our workshops have a 10 minute grace period meaning if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to join to avoid disruption to the other people attending the workshop.

This Workshop is for people who are 18 and over and live in the borough of Merton or are registered with a GP in Merton only.

When signing up for this workshop, you will be required to complete a registration form and a wellbeing questionnaire via email (or phone if you are unable to complete it online).

**The information you give us to register for this workshop remains confidential and is used to ensure attendees are registered with a Merton GP or have an address within the Merton Borough. The Information is held securely and is not shared. However, if we believe there is a risk to yourself or others, or if you disclose you have been involved in or been a victim of serious crime, we may share information with relevant services (for example, your GP or police).
