Wellbeing Event - The After Work Club x Zeno
Join us on Thursday the 25th of September as we team up with Zeno Health Club MCR for a fitnessed themed evening. Come down and meet like minded professionals whilst challenging yourself at one on Zenos fantastic classes!
Circuits: Whether you're a fitness fanatic or a newbie, this electrifying class is designed for all levels, so come rev up your energy and circuit your way to a fitter, stronger you!
Spin: Not your average spin class, these sessions are guaranteed to give you the ultimate workout experience and have you riding that endorphin high long after the class has finished.
