As the year draws to a close and the days reach their darkest, join us for our Winter Solstice retreat – a peaceful pause to reflect, realign, and reignite your inner light.
This nourishing wellbeing day invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the magic of stillness. Together, we will:
✨ Celebrate the Winter Solstice – honour the turning of the wheel with gentle ritual and reflection, as we prepare to welcome the returning light.
🖼️ Create a Vision Board – map your intentions and dreams for the year ahead with creativity and clarity.
🗣️ Explore the Power of Words – discover how language shapes your inner world and learn to speak to yourself with kindness and intention.
🎵 Experience Angel Tuning Fork Therapy – let the healing frequencies uplift your energy and bring peace to mind, body and soul.
Held in a calm and nurturing space, this retreat is a gift to yourself – a chance to rest, reflect and reconnect before the festive season.

Our day retreats are very relaxed, small friendly groups. We like to provide a welcoming environment and safe space. Suitable for beginners, no previous experience is needed. Get away from everyday stress and treat yourself to some serenity.
A vegetarian buffet lunch and refreshments are included as part of these nurturing days. Held at Keswick reading room, 19 Low Road, NR4 6TZ.
