The Wellbeing Collective is a collaborative project bringing together local practitioners who offer a wide range of wellness activities. Our goal is to create accessible opportunities for individuals and families to explore different paths to well-being.

Services are offered freely; if you wish, a donation may be made to your practitioner or to the Momentum Center as a token of appreciation.
Service Description:
You’ll be gently guided to explore key reflex points on your hands or feet (your choice), learn how they support your nervous system, and connect those physical touchpoints to emotional awareness through The CLEAR Method™. There may be moments of stillness, journaling, and breath, along with the option to receive a brief individual session if time allows. Come as you are, and leave with a deeper sense of what your body and spirit are asking for.
