The Wellbeing Collective is a collaborative project bringing together local practitioners who offer a wide range of wellness activities. Our goal is to create accessible opportunities for individuals and families to explore different paths to well-being.

Service Description:
Auricular acupuncture uses gentle stimulation of points on the ear- often with fine needles or ear seeds - to support relaxation, pain relief, and emotional balance. It's a calming, non-invasive way to help the body restore and heal. You will lie quietly in a group setting for 35-45 minutes, allowing the treatment to take effect.
