Are you ready to make 2025 your healthiest, happiest year yet? This comprehensive six-class program based on the PERMA-V model is designed to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and motivation to boost your physical and mental health.
What is PERMA-V?
PERMA-V is the gold standard model for wellbeing. It stands for Positivity, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement, and Vitality. This scientifically backed framework provides a holistic approach to achieving lasting health & happiness.

- Class 1: Positive Emotion
Discover how practices like gratitude, adopting a learning mindset, and managing stress can enhance your outlook, improve resilience, and boost overall life satisfaction.
