Well Woman Restorative Workshop

Women are beautiful, vivacious, strong, kind, brave and so much more. But so often I meet women who feel that they’ve lost their mojo. Some feel unseen, unheard and sometimes even guilty simply for wanting something for themselves.

That’s why I created Well Woman.

If you want to invest in your own self-care and regain a sense of wholeness, then Well Woman is especially for you!

🤩 Well Woman is the type of space that I was looking for when I was sick and felt totally disorientated (see: here). I was scared, tired and uncertain of whether I'd be able to recover.

I've kept that in mind and created this workshop with some beautiful reflective and fun activities to help you to let go, exhale and better connect to yourself and others.

The session will allow you to:

💚 Take part in some calming and restorative exercises which allow you to release tension, reflect and rediscover a sense of self

💚 Quieten the chatter in your head and allow yourself to focus on bringing the balance that you want into your life

💚 Re-connect to yourself and give yourself a sense of peace

💚 Join a group of like-minded women who won't judge or make you feel insignificant

💚 Have fun!
