Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival have joined forces with Virgin Money to bring together the wellness community to share knowledge and exchange ideas.

In February our guest speakers are Norma Findley, founder of and coach and therapist .

Jen uses a range of techniques in her practice including mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and Compassion Focused Therapy. She has worked in in palliative care, carer organisations and mental health services. She is also a member of the and is currently studying Compassionate Inquiry with

Norma discovered kombucha when she starting drinking it as an alternative to wine on week nights. Not only did it give her the energy she needed as a busy mum, it also improved her gut health. She was immediately inspired to launch which has grown from a small family business to one of Scotland's most recognisable kombucha brands.

The event will be hosted by Jason Clarkson, Growth Manager at Virgin Money, and Angela Robertson, founder of the Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival.
