Why is it so hard to feel like we’re enough?
Many of us have learned, directly or indirectly, that our worth depends on what we accomplish, how useful we are, how others see us, or how well we avoid mistakes. And even when we meet one standard, another quickly takes its place.
Join us for our next Well/Being session: Shame, Self-Worth & Why We Never Feel Enough.
Through honest conversation, guided reflection, and practical tools, we’ll explore where shame comes from, why our inner critic can be so relentless, and how to take responsibility for our lives without turning our mistakes into our identity.
📅 Wednesday, November 4 at 6:00 PM
📍 Downtown South Bend Library (Classroom A)
No pressure. No particular faith background required. Just a welcoming space to reflect, connect, and practice treating ourselves as people already worthy of care.
