During the workshop, we explore critical Women’s Health topics such as:

  • Intentional Nutrition for Women
  • Supporting Balanced Hormones
  • Building Great Gut Health
  • The Role of Target Lab Testing and Supplements
  • Optimizing Sleep and the Stress Response
  • Learning How To (ACTUALLY) Relax
  • Cultivating Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
  • The Power of Female Purpose

With her distinct style of blending “science and soul”, Jacquelyn leads this powerful 90-minute workshop, which is education based (seminar style) and integrates questions, shares and guided inquiries along the way. Attendees leave with a custom “Blueprint to Well-Being”, which includes simple, sustainable steps to optimize your health.

This workshop offers women a space to prioritize themselves, and cultivate lasting, holistic well-being.
