TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

McMaster Student ID required on entry. No Refunds/exchanges. Backpacks, large bags, beverages, selfie sticks, lawn chairs, vapes or potential weapons are prohibited. No re-entry allowed. Passes deemed to be lost or stolen will not be honoured.

FAQ

Q: If I am not a McMaster student, can I still attend?

A: This event is a closed campus show. Only students that are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at McMaster University can attend. All Students must present their McMaster Student ID and a valid ticket at the gate. Failure to provide a McMaster ID will result in denied access with no refund.

Q: I forgot my McMaster student ID at home, can I still attend by showing my class schedule, or a photo of my ID?

A: No. You must show a physical McMaster student ID alongside a ticket (if not a first year student) to enter the venue.

Q: Where can I find the tickets sold for Alumni?

A: Unfortunately Alumni are not able to purchase tickets for this event.

Q: Can I bring a guest?

A: Unfortunately not. As this is a show within Welcome Week, we will only be allowing current McMaster undergraduate students to purchase tickets and attend.

Q: I do not own a credit card, can I pay by debit or cash?

A: You can use your debit card to purchase online. There will be no cash purchases available.

Q: Someone sold me a discounted ticket, will I be able to get in?

A: By purchasing a ticket outside of our site, you are taking the risk that the ticket is not valid/ has been photocopied. The barcode on the ticket will only allow one person to enter. Once it has been scanned in, all photocopies will be rejected. It may sound great if you find a discounted ticket from someone else - but you are risking not getting into the venue. Don't take the risk by buying from a third party.

Q: Can I bring in closed beverages?

A: No liquids will be allowed into the venue, regardless if the bottle is sealed. All liquids will be thrown out before entering. We will provide a water station inside. You are welcome to bring a clear plastic empty bottle which you may fill up at the water station.

Q: If it rains, can I get a refund?

A: This event is rain or shine, meaning as a ticket holder you are taking the risk of weather and will not be eligible for a refund.

Q: I can no longer attend the event but bought a ticket already, can I get a refund?

A: Tickets are non-refundable.

Q: Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

A: The name on the ticket does not need to match the ID. We understand that things come up, so you may give your ticket to someone else. As long as the ticket scans in and is valid, you are safe to enter. Be aware, that only one ticket can be scanned, so if the same ticket is duplicated and the original ticket holder enters first, your ticket will not scan in and you will be denied entry.
