WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY: Family Day

What if you could spend one morning discovering the people, places, activities, businesses, and resources that make raising a family in our community a little more fun, connected, and supported?

That’s exactly what Welcome to the Community: Family Day is all about.

Join Collin County Mom Club, Village Revival Project, and the Nature School of McKinney for a FREE, come-and-go morning created especially for local families.

This isn’t your typical vendor fair. Family Day is designed to be experienced.

Kids can get their hands into sensory play, create, move, make music, explore nature-inspired activities, and pop into special mini classes happening throughout the morning. Parents can discover local resources, participate in experiences created just for them, learn from local experts, meet the people behind family-focused businesses, and connect with other families along the way.

Throughout the morning, you’ll find:

🌿 Hands-on, come-and-go activities for kids

🎶 Short kids classes + interactive experiences

🤍 Activities and experiences created for moms + parents

✨ Mini workshops led by local experts

🛍️ Family-focused local businesses to discover + shop

🤝 Resources you’ll actually want to know about

☕ Opportunities to slow down, connect + meet other local families

💛 Plenty of little surprises along the way

Whether you just moved to the area, have lived here for years but want to feel more connected, are looking for new things to do with your kids, want to meet other families, or simply need a fun Saturday morning out, this day was made for you.

Come for 30 minutes or spend the whole morning with us. Try an activity. Take a class. Find your child’s new favorite thing. Meet another mom. Discover a business you didn’t know existed. Learn about a resource your family might need someday.

And most importantly, leave knowing a little more about the village that exists right around you.
