Our expert SHIP Counselors offer current, relevant, and unbiased information that you can use to make an informed decision about your health insurance.

Southern Maine Agency on Aging is a non-profit organization that relies on donations in order to meet its mission. All of our Medicare Counseling services are free, but a donation in any amount from $10 to $100 will be accepted and appreciated. If interested, please visit our website for ways to give.
