Welcome Spring!After a long winter it's time to Dance!!!
Shimmy along with Istra and then join Mephista for some fun balancing and poses with a chair!
This workshop will have a short break in between teaser classes so grab a snack, drink, and a friend and get ready for fun!!
Beginner friendly!
Dress comfortably to move!
