Welcome Reception and Recognition Ceremony

You are cordially invited to a Welcome Reception and Recognition Ceremony on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Lou Galen Club of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at Exposition Park in Los Angeles. (Please note updated location)

The event will open at 3:00 p.m. with a networking gathering, and the program will commence at 3:30p.m. to include special guest Secretary Crowfoot of the California Natural Resources for the swearing-in of the new Exposition Park General Manager Andrea Ambriz, and leadership recognition of the Department of Public Safety. Light refreshments will be served.

Please arrive at the venue by 2:30 p.m. for nearby parking and check-in prior to the program. Adjacent parking will be available at the Pink Lot of Exposition Park.  Following parking, enter through Gate 7: The Founder’s Gate, and staff will be available for guidance.  Please see the below map for parking details.
