Whether you're a first-time buyer, downsizing, or stepping up, this workshop is for you! Mortgage Lender, Zina Walker will guide you through working with a lender, loan options, and key steps every buyer needs to know.
Then, Reginald Harris with Harris Realty Services will share the buying process from an agent’s perspective.
Finally, hear from Lisa White of Ready Signing & Closing Services as she gives you her expertise on what to expect from accepted contract to the closing table.
Throughout the workshop will be an ongoing Open House at 1930 Peabody, enjoy some refreshments, chat with a lender for preapprovals (limited slots available), and get a tour from real estate agents.
