“Tonal Relaxation for Body, Mind & Spirit”Join Sound Practitioner Robert McMaster for a tranquil Sound Bath - Meditation with the use of selected Gongs, Tibetan & Crystal Bowls Chimes, Native American Style Flutes and Drums
To make yourself comfortable bring along a blanket, small pillow, Yoga mat or Zero Gravity style recliner.
This will be an outdoor event so sun protection of some kind is also recommended.
There will be a short pre-event talk on how sound, tone and vibration benefit the Body, Mind and Spirit,
and a time post session for discussion of your Sound Experience.
