With Thanksgiving on the horizon, a time that highlights gratitude, Tomer and I invite you to join us for a mindful journey at Nyack Yoga Center. This experience will begin with a guided meditation to ground and center, followed by a restorative sound bath infused with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, shruti box, flute, didgeridoo, and ethereal vocals. Together, we’ll create a nurturing space to deepen gratitude and open ourselves to the flow of abundance.
