The event is happening on the ground floor with disabled access. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can use the blood pressure and weight monitoring machines which will help us to keep your records up to date.

Join us at this friendly coffee morning and information event hosted by Welbourne Health Centre and Haringey Advice Partnership. It is a great way to hear about local services and to have your questions answered. 

The focus for this session is Mental Health and Wellbeing. During this session we will tell you about Haringey Advice Partnership services and share details about our regular drop-in sessions across the borough.  We will also hear from Talking Therapies and Black Thrive in Haringey about how their services support residents in Haringey.  

Talking Therapies - Haringey Talking Therapies Service is a free NHS, psychological therapy service offering support for a range of common mental health difficulties such as depression and anxiety, OCD, PTSD and more, through a range of evidence-based treatments. 

Black Thrive Haringey - In partnership with Mind in Haringey, Black Thrive Haringey is part of a UK-wide movement to address the deep-rooted inequalities that Black communities face—particularly those that negatively impact mental health and wellbeing. Belinda Opuni, Haringey Health Champion for African and Caribbean Community will talk about the service and the referral process.
