Wel After Dark

We're opening our doors to the community for one night only! Experience all Wel at Humana has to offer from group exercise classes to meditation spaces and more!

Grab your workout partner and join us for one of our signature group fitness classes. Just want to have fun with us? No worries, the workout is not required to attend. We do have an "open gym" option available for those who just want to workout on their own.

In addition to our group fitness classes, we'll have some of our local partners present giving away their own raffles and prizes. Huge thanks to Wilde Chips, Clean Eatz, Paristown, The Grady, Goodbounce, and Five Iron Golf.

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

• Select ONE ticket for the class you'd like to attend.
• If not taking class, please select the Open Gym option.
• Send this event link to any of your friends who may be interested!
• Set your calendar reminders for the event so you don't forget.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Please note: Classes are limited due to space restrictions. Admission will be based on a first-come-first-sign-up basis.
• If the class you'd like to take is full, please select Open Gym and send an email to [email protected] letting us know your preference.
• Tours will be available throughout the night for those who are visiting Wel at Humana for the first time. We'll also have coaches available to answers questions throughout the night.
