Join us at Lifting Lab for hands-on coaching in a supportive, women-focused environment designed to help you feel confident in the gym.

While this workshop is designed with women in mind, all experience levels and genders are absolutely welcome. No experience needed, this is a beginner-friendly, judgment-free space.

Lifting Lab is a small-group, hands-on strength training and weightlifting workshop designed to teach you how to move your body with purpose. This is not a fast-paced workout where you get overlooked, this is a guided experience where you’ll learn proper lifting form, technique, and execution.

During this session, we’ll break down foundational movement patterns like the hinge, squat, push, and pull along with glute-focused exercises like bridges and hip thrusts. You’ll learn how to activate the right muscles, fix common mistakes, and build strength safely and effectively.

Each attendee will have the opportunity to perform movements and receive individualized, real-time coaching, so you don’t just watch. You learn, feel, and apply.

This workshop is perfect for those in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, and surrounding South Orange County looking to improve their form, build confidence, and finally feel comfortable in the gym.
