weight of worry: Art Therapy Workshop Series for Kids (7 to 11 years old)

Uncertainty can be hard—filled with all kinds of what-ifs and what-coulda-been. To alleviate worries, kids will explore art-based self-regulation techniques. Using a large cardboard box as a base, each kid will craft a worry trap for capturing their worries, incorporating ideas learned throughout the 4-week workshop series.

For Ages: 7-11

Date: Sundays, Starting January 22 to February 12, 2023
