Join the WECHU and the WEFPC for a movie screening of Before the Plate (beforetheplate.com) and a discussion on our local food system.
About this Event

Before the Plate follows John Horne, one of Canada’s most renowned chefs, on an epic journey as he follows each ingredient from one plate of food back to the farms they came from.

After watching the film we will discuss our local food system, it’s successes and challenges, and what we can do as a community to keep our food system thriving.

Food and Refreshments will be provided.
