You can join all of the classes alone or with a partner. We change partners during the class to better learn the lead & follow principles but if you want to stick with your partner you can do that.

19:30-19:45 Level I Practica/Level II Warmup
𝗭𝗼𝘂𝗸 𝗜𝗜 (19:45-20:45)
(previous knowledge of all zouk basics required)
* Head movements
* Variations
* Waves
* Body posture
* Keeping balance
* Turn techniques
* Connection techniques (e.g. frame, tension, elasticity)
20:45-21:00 Level II Practica/Level III Warmup
