Join this friendly, welcoming group for yoga poses, breathing techniques, visualisations and relaxation - all designed for your best health and well-being. Lesley has been teaching yoga since 2000 and, as a Remedial qualified teacher, is able to adapt the class to suit your needs. On the 1st Wednesday of each month, we also have a 'Sound Bath' using a gong and specialised instruments to guide you into a deeper state of rest.
