Bring your mat and join us Monday evenings for a new Yoga class at 6 PM! Taught by a local integrative health counselor, these classes will be focused on a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga styles to encourage healthy flow mentally and physically.

The class is $10. Tickets may be purchased online or at the door. Seating is limited.
