Come do acro yoga with us! All levels welcome, no partner needed! This is a jam, it means that people casually show up at whatever time to meet new people, play, and share skills. We love to meet/teach new people and share our love of acro!The jam happens every week. The location will be DuPont circle until Meridian hill park opens back up. is the weather is bad we will be in dance loft so check back the day of the event for updates.
Find us in the southern area of the park (the park is in the middle of a traffic circle). Street parking is free on weekends, even though the signs are confusing. Note that people may show up as early as 2, and people may stay later than 7.
Most people do not RSVP to the event, but we always have 15-40 people come each week. Coming during the posted start/end times is the best time to come to guarantee acro, but people come early and stay late.
Practice enthusiastic consent: ask before working with others, and it is ok to decline to base / fly / spot. Meaningful consent includes understanding what is asked - is this a new move for anyone involved? Remember to use spotters for safety.
