About this Event
On this weekly journey we will explore how we can live a more present and embodied life through mindfulness and embodied awareness practices like Qigong, breathwork, guided journeys and meditations. We will also explore the current energies by the way of ceremonies that honor and mark the passage of time with clear intention and ritual.
There will be time for sharing and creating community. No experience necessary, everyone is welcome!
Suggested donation for this meeting is $10-$20, please note that through supporting financially I am able to continue doing this work. However if you find yourself not being able to donate, please come anyway!
