This experience uses calming frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more to release tension, soothe the nervous system, and support healing.As you rest comfortably on your mat, you’ll be guided through meditation while waves of healing sound fill the room. This is a fully passive, meditative practice designed to restore energetic balance and foster spiritual alignment. It’s an invitation to surrender, receive, and reconnect with your most nourished self. No movement or prior experience is required.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and water bottle for your comfort.
