New weekly Mens Group on Mondays starting july 21 at 6p at Blue Lotus Wellness - led by licensed therapist Vincent Ardizzone. Join a supportive, compassionate, non-judgemental space where men ccan come together to share., reflect and grow. Each week we will explore a new topic relevant to healthy masculinity so that we can deepen our understanding of what it means to live with integrity, presence, authenticity and strength.
This is excellent for any man wanting to build connection and support in a variety of life areas.
