An open meditation is a simple process leading to Unity Consciousness. It is very direct and free of dogma. The sessions are open to all and are very beneficial for beginners. Each week some aspect of meditation will be viewed with a guided meditation that is followed by open discussion.

The facilitator, Phil Roger, has practiced and taught meditation in various forms for over 50 years. Everyone is invited.
