Whether you have never meditated before in your life or have a regular meditation practice, you are welcome to join us for our weekly meditation at Trinity Healing Center.
Experience the amazing effects of the varying types of meditations that we offer. These include but are not limited to guided, vibrational, pineal, yoga nidra and more!
There is no commitment for our meditation classes and no pre-registration required. You can come every week, or once in awhile when you feel you need to make a little more time for you in your schedule for a little energetic pick-me-up.
