Dear beloved friends,You are invited to join us for our weekly gathering physically at the Church Within.
The program will be as follows:
– Welcoming and introductions
– Guided meditation
– Listen to short dharma talk or read Five Mindfulness Trainings
– Dharma sharing (sharing from the heart)
– Close
Newcomers welcome. No previous experience with meditation required. You don’t need to be a Buddhist or profess any sort of faith!
These gatherings are always free to attend.
When: Mondays 7-830PM EST
Where: The Church Within
Seating: We will have meditation cushions and chairs set up for you to use according to your preference.
Recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, easy to remove shoes, and water for yourself to drink if you like.
We look forward to spending time together.
