Newy freedivers — history in the making! Our first club training night kicks off soon! Under the umbrella of Sydney Seals Freediving Club, we're starting regular coached pool training to help you refine technique, build CO₂ tolerance, and connect with a supportive local community.
When & Where
📍 50m Lambton Pool, New Lambton
🕠 Meet 5:20pm
– Dry Training: 5:30–6:00pm
– Pool Training: 6:00–7:00pm
– Investment: $25 + pool entry

Michaela Werner — Freediving Coach & Instructor, Guinness World Record Holder, competitive athlete, and AIDA Judge.
Who it’s for:
✅ You’ve completed a freediving course and passed your pool certification
✅ You want to improve skills, technique, and CO₂ tolerance
✅ You’d like to train with other freedivers in the Newcastle area
✅ You are (or will become) an AFA + Sydney Seals member
