Lead by Vicki Somoya
Outdoor Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork followed by indoor movement to ground, cleanse and reset our bodies, minds and souls, set to joyful uplifting music tracks.
Time for chatting and light refreshments. Please bring something to share if you feel called.
Please bring a yoga mat! (Some extras mats are available)

Vicki Somoya began her career in movement and prayer shortly after birth, swimming in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Oahu. She danced in ballets and musicals, earning a BA in Dance from the University of South Florida and an MFA in Dance and Somatics from the State University of New York. Vicki has directed and choreographed in Tampa, New York and Seattle. She rehabilitated her own spine after herniating a lumbar disc with re-alignment, breathwork and prayer. She had a powerful healing and re-awakening to Source Consciousness on the island of Kauai while chanting the “Names of God” from the Keys of Enoch work by J.J. Hurtak. She is a certified Classical Pilates, GYROTONIC tm method, “The Brain Dance” and Kundalini Yoga (200hrYTT) Instructor, combining prayer and movement to help embody the higher frequencies of Joy, Compassion and Self-Love for herself and all beings on the Earth!
