Have you received Introduction to Dzogchen teachings from Lama Lena? Are you seeking a deeper understanding of your true nature and the profound teachings of Dzogchen and Mahamudra? Join us for the Weekly Dzogchen/Mahamudra Circle. It will provides a safe and supportive environment for practitioners of all levels to come together and explore these profound teachings.The meetings will include time for meditation, as well as discussions, from a community of practitioners. Whether you are new to Dzogchen and Mahamudra or have been practicing for some time, the circle will offer an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and deepen your understanding of these transformative practices.
The Circle will be facilitated by students of Younge Khachab Rinpoche and Lama Lena.
We will be meeting in the 3rd floor shrine room.
Meditate together from 12:30-12:50
Dharma discussion from 1:00 - 2:00 PM.
