Yoga to help with good posture. this is the type of practice I have been using for my scoliosis. its a well balanced practice to help with mobility, strenght as well as breathing and calming the mind. expect a traditional yoga that uses chairs, blocks and belts to help with correct alignment. Breathing practice {pranayam} and relaxation {Shavasana}. I have been teaching this class for over 10 years, with proven results.
