Take a midweek pause with us every Wednesday for a guided Breathwork Meditation, enhanced by live, healing sound—your tranquil refuge in the midst of life’s busy rhythm. Relax your mind, body, and soul as we guide you through breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques.
Leave behind stress and distractions as you immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere of peace and inner reflection.
We are a nurturing community focused space. Welcoming to all seeking help with consistent meditation practice, balance and rejuvenation.

There is no experience needed to do any of this. Come as you are. Everyone is welcomed.

Miss Joelle (on the right) is a skilled licensed hypnotherapist and a guide in the realm of meditation, specializing in calming the mind.

Her expertise lies in Theta Meditation and helps unlock the Transformative power of imagination with emotion. Fostering a sense of calmness and mental well-Being.

Miss Leslie (on the left) has been deeply rooted in her multi-cultural heritages throughout her life; blending French Caribbean, Vietnamese, and West Indian traditions.

And as a practitioner of Kundalini, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Teacher Master, Healing Sound Therapy, Sacred Ceremonies, Eclectic Rituals, and the Art of Manifestation, her roots have allowed her to weave a touch of ethnic magic into her products & workshops.

She is passionate about guiding others to feel & be their best selves, & loves to curate unique and enchanting experiences for their highest good.
