In this third intensive Saturday workshop dedicated to those slow moments on the dance floor, we will continue to work on specific body movements, musical understanding, and posture to create the perfect, comfortable connection.

⚧ Ginga for everyone ⚧
A 90-minute workshop of specific body movement exercises to help you develop a smooth, elegant ginga for kizomba, semba, and tarraxinha. We will also focus on music, body awareness, self confidence, flexibility, creativity, and our roles on the dance floor.
Note: Men, don't be shy: This workshop is for ALL GENDERS!

Giving special attention to the origin of kizomba music and dance, this workshop will cover the flavors and energies that define semba. You’ll leave with a sound understanding of music and movement that will upgrade your kizomba, too!
Note: Kizomba fundamentals are required for this workshop
