In these 2.5hr workshops we have more time to dive into the practice, often on the Pune cycle (standings, forward extensions, back extensions, restorative/pranayama) but linked to the whole suite of poses. £25/workshop. We alternate between Saturdays and Sundays so that if people have regular commitments on one of those days they can at least make the other dates. All levels except complete beginners, options will be given. All are 10.30am-1pm. Sat 6 Jan - yoga with wall ropes, a playful start to the New Year on Nollaig na mBan
Sun 18 Feb - find your inner warrior - standing poses, grounding, balance
Sat 16 March - backbends, strength & flexibility for spring
Sat 20 April - restorative & pranayama, a reflective break as the seasons change
Sun 12 May - wrist balances & inversions, a different perspective
Sat 8 June - forward flexion and hips, hopefully making the most of warmer June weather (fingers crossed!)
Sat 6 July - a rounded practice to take into the summer holidays
