Come sweat with us as your favorite instructors guide you through a circuit of challenging activities that will push you to achieve more than you ever thought possible. During this special event, non-member guests are welcome to attend for free, so bring a friend. (ID required)At Bardmoor YMCA, pick your warrior and join us for one of the classes listed below - OR, take on the challenge and stay for all three. All classes held in the gymnasium
