Developing Professionalism & Ethics is one of your 12-hour required classes to get your real estate license. This course is available for anyone looking to become licensed in Iowa - no matter which brokerage you're planning to choose. We offer a very practical, fun course that will help you to learn the business-side of working with others. This is a 2 day VIRTUAL class (Friday 5:30-9:30 and Saturday 8:30-5). Both days are required to receive your certificate.
