In this workshop I will invite you to explore and come to understand how to move from the well known poses of Level I to the more challenging and complex asana of Level II and III.
How can we create "Sukha" - a good inner space and maintain calmness as the asana becomes more difficult? We will look at the linking between the different levels and learn how to move forward and progress with safety and joy.
Fredag eftermiddag er omvendte stillinger
Lørdag& søndag tager vi udgangspunkt i en level 2 stilling finder linking fra level 1 og se på videre linking til level 3 stillinger.
Der er selvfølgelig pause lørdag og søndag
