As the first champion couple to teach in the arctic part of Norway, we proudly present a Weekend Intensive with U.S. Champions Aidan Keith-Hynes and Larisa Tingle the last weekend of September!This weekend will be the second big milestone for our northern communities and we hope everyone from near and far will come to Tromsø to support the northern communities' growth! ?
This event will offer 2 levels.
LEVEL 2: Taken or currently taking level 1 (newcomers) classes with Arctic Westies or a newcomer course elsewhere.
You should know the basic rhythms, connection concepts, and patterns (pass, push, whip).
LEVEL 3 - Taken or currently taking the level 2 or level 3 classes with Arctic Westies or equivalent course elsewhere. This will be a challenging level that will cover content typically in or beyond the weekly level 3 classes.

17.30 - 18.00: Registration

09-10: All lvl. Spin Technique w/Larisa
10-12: Lvl.2 Workshops w/Aidan & Larisa

16-18: Dinner Break
18-19: DJ Seminar w/Aidan & Larisa
19.00-19.45: Shivers Line Dance w/Jon-Richard
19.45-20.30: WCS Rally routine w/Jason
20.30-01.00+/- Party, Jack and Jill and Pro Show
20.30-21.30 Fun Jack and Jill
SUNDAY
09-10: All levels Leader's Styling w/ Aidan
10-12: Lvl.2 Workshops w/Aidan & Larisa
12-13: Lunch Break
13-14: Lvl.3 Workshop w/Aidan & Larisa
14-16: Social Dance and Practice/Questions with Local Instructors
MONDAY
18-19: Arctic Westies weekly level 2
19-20: Arctic Westies weekly level 3
20-21: Arctic Westies weekly level 1
21-23: Social dancing!
Prices:
- Full weekend pass (incl. parties):

From September 4th:

- DJ's Seminar Add-On:

- There's plenty of our local dancers that have beds to spare. Let us know if you'd like us to get you in contact with someone that might be able to host you for the event ?

Important information:
- Limited amount of event passes available due to limited studio space
- Couple registration guarantees spots until full capacity is reached
- Solo sign ups join a waiting list
- Dance roles are gender neutral
- Photo/video: We might have some photos and/or videos taken for promotional purposes, please let us know if you *don't* want your photos/videos published.
- Social media. As we’re a new, fairly unheard of WCS club, we’d really appreciate it if you would tag Arctic Westies in any social media posts you might post from the event.

Bonus:
Aidan and Larisa are arriving Tromsø several days ahead of the event. This means they probably have the opportunity to:
- Give privates (Tue-Fri). So don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like to have a private lesson. We'll help you find a suitable time for you.
- Go sightseeing, so if you know of any amazing must-see pearls or must-fo adventures, please reach out so we can help them make the most out of their stay!
- Visit our weekly social dancing Monday 23rd of September. This is will however depend on how they're feeling after a lots of travelling and a full weekend of teaching somewhere else.
