February's speaker is Christy Burton and she'll be talking about ways to reset our nervous system by shifting it from a stressed state to a calm and relaxed state. And then we'll practice a meditative art form that will be super simple and fun, and you don't even have to be artistic to be able to do it. Here's to a less stressful 2026!
